Launched in 2009, the Peru country brand originated as part of a strategy to promote the country at the national and international level, with the goal of boosting tourism and exports and attracting investments.

The spiraling “P” followed by a line to the right to write the word Peru was a way to combine tradition and modernity in a brand whose identity centers on an inclusive country. It is also reminiscent of a fingerprint.
