Bluetooth logo and wordmark

Invented by Ericsson in 1994, Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances from fixed and mobile devices.

The word “Bluetooth” is an anglicized version of the Scandinavian Blåtand/Blåtann, the Bluetooth logo is a bind rune merging the Younger Futhark runes Runic letter “Hagall”and Runic letter “Bjarkan”.
