The current A-League logo released on 24 Jan 2017, and designed by Sydney-based Hulsbosch.
The Football Federation of Australia (FFA) approached Hulsbosch to reposition and rebrand the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and the Foxtel Y-League.
Established in 200, the A-League is a professional men’s soccer league in Australia, run by Football Federation Australia (FFA).
The two-toned ochre colours represent the sun, earth and desert while the ‘glow’ emanating from the centre of the logo depicts the playing season’s spring and summer time span. The eight ‘A’ figures that make up the ball shape represent the eight foundation clubs of the league.
